Shipments and Returns

Your shipment:

  Ready to ship items will be dispatched within 3-4 business days (unless marked "ready to ship with no wait)". Which ships within 24 hours of cleared payment. Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking and are delivered with signature required on all orders over $250.00. If you prefer delivery by another shipping carrier will be subject to an additional fee. Once your item has been shipped you will be sent a tracking number via email.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. 

Packing are amply sized and your items are well-protected. To keep the cost of shipping to a low your item will be shipped in plain packaging. We have discontinued the use of our branded boxes due to the cost of shipping. We want to keep shipping cost as affordable as possible.

Transit Time:

Priority Mail using USPS are generally delivered within 2-3 business days from the time item has been shipped, not from the time that you actually placed the order. We are not responsible for transit time. Orders are shipped promptly to ensure timely deliver. If there is any delay, you will be notified asap. Please make sure that you provided all correct shipping information to avoid any delays.

International Orders:

Priority Mail orders are generally delivered within 6-15 business days depending on your location. Delays may be caused by weather, customs and etc. We are not responsible for transit time. If you need faster shipment please select another carrier such as FedEx or UPS.

Express Shipments

Orders that are shipped overnight on Friday will be subject to additional shipping charges for weekend delivery. Please note that some areas are not able to choose weekend delivery options depending on your location. Please contact customer service to confirm shipping price and delivery time. Failure to contact us first will result in delay and delivery for the next business day (Monday). Some areas are not eligible for overnight shipping.
